Peter is an experienced investor with over forty years in investment management. Peter previously led investment teams at Flemings, T. Rowe Price, JP Morgan Asset Management and Standard Life Investments. Outside of work he is an avid cricket fan and can be found at various grounds in the South East as he follows his club Hayes.
Mark has worked in financial services for over thirty years, leading successful businesses within Zurich, F&C, SEI and Heartwood Investment Management. He grew up in Sussex and can be seen cycling the roads from Arundel to Rottingdean and kayaking off the coast of Rustington.
Tracey combines significant business experience, as an accountant of many years working for a 'Big Four' firm, with over eighteen years advising on financial services compliance and regulatory matters. She is pleased to have been involved with the company since its inception. Outside of work she takes full advantage of walking on the South Downs near Ditchling Beacon.
David has been with Pier since 2021. Previously working at Legal & General for 17 years. His career has encompassed a variety of different roles across financial services, but with a focus on Investment Management for the past 15+ years. When not in the office David enjoys walking his dog and swimming in the sea (weather permitting!)
Stephen is the founding member of the Pier team and has worked in wealth management for over thirty years. He also frequently enjoys performances at the Theatre Royal.
Chris has worked in investment management for the last 2 years and financial services for the last ten years in various administration roles with pension providers and advice firms. When he’s not in the office, Chris is a regular at the Amex Stadium, where he can be heard singing on the terraces.
Stephen joined Pier in January 2025 and brings several years of experience in investment analysis and portfolio oversight. Outside of work, Stephen holds a degree in Astrophysics and is a keen rugby player.
With extensive experience as a CFO, Russell focuses on driving growth that is both strategically sound and financially sustainable. Raised in Brighton, he now enjoys life here with his wife and their three young children. Passionate about family, sport, and the great outdoors, he brings that same energy and dedication to his work each day.
A seasoned Investment professional and influential Executive with 30 years’ experience in the Investment Management industry, with a particular focus on product governance in the UK Wholesale & Retail sector.
A senior investment professional with over 25 years' experience in Investment Director and Strategist roles across Investment Banking, Wealth and Asset management.
Daniel is a Chartered Wealth Manager and Investment Director at Acumen Financial. He constructed the Zenith range of model portfolios for Acumen. A keen triathlete, Daniel enjoys running, walking and spending time with his family.
